The Formatt Hitech Resin Neutral Density (ND) Blender filters produce a grey neutral effect and are used to reduce light entering the camera, enabling control over exposure and depth of field without affecting color or contrast. The ND Blender filters feature an effect transition that occurs over the entire length of the filter, starting at the top and graduating all the way to the bottom. This allows for a graduated effect across your image without any specific horizon line. They are primarily used for light reduction in skylines of landscape shots. The Formatt Hitech Resin ND Blender filters are made in different densities according to the level of light reduction from 1 stop to 3 stops of light and are made from the highest quality 1.5mm optical resin.
