Our repair centre is based in Melbourne. Once your equipment has arrived at our repair centre it may take 5-10 business days before you receive a quote or notification of completion

Minimum Service Fee and Quote Rejection Fee

Consumer Photographics - $55+GST.
If cost is equal to or less, it will be an automatic go ahead and repair.
Brands such as Pentax, Ricoh, Vanguard, Sigma.

CCTV, Drones & Robotics – $105+GST.
If cost is equal to or less, it will be an automatic go ahead and repair Brands such as Dahua, UNV, Reveal, DJI.

Industrial Photographics - $205+GST.
If cost is equal to or less, it will be an automatic go ahead and repair. Brands such as Profoto, Bowens, Hasselblad, Microbox.

All chargeable repairs are supplied with a 90-day Tech Warranty.
