Kenko Infrared R72 Filter

Kenko INFRARED R72 filter is a low budget entry level filter particularly suitable for beginners approaching infrared photography for the first time.
It incorporates an anti-reflection coating on both sides that cuts off the visible light range and will transmit only the infrared spectrum of lights.
Acting on the infrared photosensitive range of standard single-reflex cameras, this filter offers one of the easiest and basic ways of taking infrared photography.

Designed for infrared photography with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, Kenko INFRARED R72 start transmitting light at 720mm of wavelength, thus cutting off all the visible spectrum of lights.

Coating

Kenko INFRARED R72 incorporates an anti-reflection mono coating on both sides.

Black almite frame

Its black matte aluminum finish frame can also suppress the amount of unwanted reflections that may occur on the inner part of the filter.
