The Azden's 300 Series are high quality dual and single channel UHF camera-mount wireless systems that feature 188 user-selectable frequencies displayed on an LCD screen to assure you of always finding a “free” channel. The Azden35HT is a combination hand-held microphone and transmitter for 300 Series systems, and will work with the 310UDR and 330UPR receivers. It operates on 2 AA batteries and and features a directional, cardioid pick-up pattern.
The Azden’s wireless microphone systems are designed for use with cameras, but the output of the wireless receiver is microphone level and can be plugged into any input intended for a microphone. However, in the case of hooking up to a PA system, you’ll likely have to convert the output connection from the mini-plug jack to either an XLR or ¼” TS or TRS connection.
