The Hassleblad XCD 2,8/65 is the ideal standard lens in any X System photographer’s kit. It compares to a 50mm full frame lens, making it the perfect general purposelens, it’s designed to achieve the ‘normal’ focal length and mimic the human field of view. The lens features a 0.5 m close distance setting (1:5.4 image scale) and an aperture range between 2,8 and 32, making the XCD 65mm the versatile option for street, travel, and general photography. The XCD 65mm features full automatic focusing as well as instant manual focus.
Like the other XCD lenses, the XCD 2,8/65 contain a lens shutter delivering shutter speeds from 60 minutes to 1/2000 second. Synchronizing with flash at all speeds allows full creative freedom when mixing flash and daylight. The lens shutter also generates very little vibration providing hand-held shots with perfect sharpness.
