The Metz mecalight Flex Arm FH-100 is used for create a creative lighting control which is often required for video production. The FH-100 is bendable, which allows the mecalight LED video light to be optimally positioned. This is ideal for macro shots as it allows the subject to be particularly well lit from different angles. The Flex Arm FH-100 is sold as a separate accessory and joins two mecalight LED video lights together.
