The Vanguard VEO Metro B30L Beige is a lightweight 30 litre backpack that is hand luggage compatible based on IATA guidelines, and incorporates a lower camera compartment, a removable upper daypack section, a laptop compartment for up to a 16" laptop, and expandable side pockets for a travel style tripod.
